  • The most popular characters are nearly if not always the villains/ antagonists
  • All of the most iconic characters are male or not human.
  • Characters have power and control over nearly all situations
  • Victims are often archetypes of unlikable character’s (whether on purpose or not) and make bad decisions (based on the knowledge of the audience) that make them un-relatable and therefor disposable.
  • Villains do whatever they want often without repercussions, and if there are any, such as “dyeing” or being imprisoned they simply will escape and/or come back again
  • Villains in this genre are also the most common to “win”
  • Characters vary from being very intelligent (Hannibal Lecter) to the opposite (Jason Voorhees)

1st project   the first project i was tasked with completing was a motion graphics animated timeline, however due to disclosure agreements i am unable to post any images online show this, however i will speak about what i have done to create it. client specifications &  clients Brand style guidelines what are they? firstly, The Specifications for the timeline i was creating where established with a short test version of the timeline that the client was shown for their approval, this was go give a general idea of the final product before continuing its production. With this I had to follow the clients Brand style guidelines: that is the company's trademarked colours font choices, how and where to use logos.
