this animation required interaction between the character and the object being lifted, this involved having the character showing some difficulty/struggle in its movements and have a stance that shows its holding more weight than usual, to do this the character uses the aid of his knee to raise the bag by pushing it up half of the way and then goes to a wide stance to cope with the extra weight
