Free to air tv code: Discrimination and denigration

Paul Henry

the host of the talk show "Paul Henry" Paul Henry called phone scammers bastards and use the word god several times when talking about the 2015 rugby world cup, believing this to be a breach of good taste, decency and discrimination/denigration of the interests of children which the free to air code is to uphold Craig Davie complained on Paul Henry's use of bad language and "using the lords name in vain" which was unsuitable for children, however because of Paul Henry's well known presenting style a viewer that wishes to avoid language like this could avoid viewing by their own choice, and therefor the complaint was not acknowledged.

what now

the theme of the children show "what now" was that of India and Indians, however a Mr Theodore complained that it ridiculed Indian customs, practices and culture and was a breach of discrimination and denigration against Indianans, after numerous arguments involving statements good natured  humor and indirect discrimination or racism the complaint was upheld, however the authority decided not to impose a order.
